Bob is tasked actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media and business networking with industry partners. He also conducts market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate our customer's needs. His extensive business relationships and excellent communication skills make him a valuable asset to the team.

Jack is our Senior Fabricator and a CNC operator. Prior to joining NorCal Machine Works, Jack specialized in high performance bicycle fabrication. His attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship is unparalleled. He currently runs the fabrication shop and oversees quality control on all products prior to client delivery.

Thanh is a mix between a mad scientist and a technical genius. In addition to running a successful HVAC business, she also assists in the creation and manufacturing of new products at the shop. Her latest invention is a self boba filling unit that allows you to make small amounts of boba with consistent quality and a minimum amount of effort.

With a long track record in consumer electronics, John works on everything from handheld devices, enclosures, low power PCB design, and integrated systems. He is proficient in wi-fi based systems with network integrations.

Our additive manufacturing production, assembly, and small parts fabrication is handled by Chad. He manages the print farm here at Sacramento Startups. Chad is incredibly knowledgeable in the field of additive manufacturing, but he also assists with our laser cutting, waterjet and vacuum forming.
